November 21, 2016

Dear Pastor & friends,

November has finally brought us some winter-like weather to the Midwest.  No, I am not overly excited about it!  It seems that the cold exacerbates the pains in my body and the aches of the ages, and I am not even “ancient” yet.

This week I will be speaking in Georgia at Faith Baptist Camp with several other men and for the venerable, Sammy Allen.  Earlier this month I was in Virginia and Ohio.  December will offer an abbreviated schedule with meetings in Louisiana and Tennessee, while closing out 2016 in Loveland, Ohio.  Please pray for me and these services.

The will of God has been an allusive zephyr for many of God’s chosen over the centuries.  Paul encouraged us in; “…understanding what the will of the Lord is” (Eph. 5:17).  It is not a where, why or who, but what!  He told the church at Thessalonica; “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you” (I Thess. 5:18).  As one seeks His will, be always reminded; “…The Lord knoweth them that are his”  (II Tim. 2:19).

Sandy and I thank each church, her members and those that read these words for their prayers and support of our home and ministry.  May God’s best be yours is our prayer this Holiday Season.

Grace be with you all,

Tim Green
