Dear Pastor and friends,
Solomon, the wise king of Israel, wrote, “Take away the dross from silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer” (Prov. 25:4). The removal of the extraneous matter and negative spiritual drains (read dross) in our lives will result in a much better, cleaner and more useful vessel for the divine Craftsman to use as He so designs. A lot of the time the dross that needs to be removed is just US! Oswald Chambers said, “Too much of me erases Him, but enough of Him erases me.” May the heavenly Eraser ‘clean the slate’ of our lives is my prayer.
The year 2012 began with back-to-back meetings in Florida and Mississippi. Both churches are supporting churches and I have annually preached in these works for many years.
