Dear Praying Friends,

February was scheduled to be the most uneventful month of my year, filled with two weeks of doctor appointments for Sandy and me, with but one Sunday booked preaching in northern Indiana.  However, the dullest became the most dramatic as my dear dad, Dr. Donald L, Green, died on February ninth.  My dad breathed his last breath on this vale of sorrow and breathed his first breath of celestial air, as the Old Ship Zion sailed into port with him and I suppose thousands of other redeemed children of the Father!  Though sad for us earthbound saints, it surely was a time of rejoicing for dad and his vast host of friends, fellow church members and family…his parents, siblings, his son and daughter, and of course, his wife, my mother; who had previously made the trip!  He now dwells with the immortals and of course, our Saviour Jesus Christ!  Our sad hearts are filled with the joy of knowing he has made it safely into the arms of our Lord, his Saviour and God’s Son.  I Corinthians 15:55 echoes the glad hope of eternity for the children of God!  Hallelujah!

March puts me back on the road with meetings in North Carolina, Texas and Pennsylvania, your prayers for these meetings and for God to manifest Himself in real revival, the salvation of souls and lasting results in our listeners lives that only He can produce.

I am grateful, yes, eternally grateful to all of you that help me and Sandy stay on the evangelism trail.  You are God’s help for me in shoe leather and the monetary ministry you provide is received with thanksgiving to you and our dear Lord.

God’s Best is my desire,
