November Nineteen
Two Thousand Seven

Dear Pastor and friends,

I am writing these notes a few days before Thanksgiving and you may receive them a few days after this most blessed holiday of all (in my opinion). We do have much to be thankful for and I am truly thankful for you and your help to my work and home. God bless you richly is my prayer. In many ways this has been one of the hardest years to endure of my life, but through it all, I can see the ever present hand of our great God. What a wonderful privilege to be His child and cared for by His marvelous grace.

In Pennsylvania this month a seventeen year old, huge, strapping youth came forward to be saved. It was only his second or third time to hear the gospel. His aged grandmother had brought him to the service. The pastor led him to Christ at the altar and these were the thrilling remarks of the conversion that were conveyed to the congregation. The pastor asked him why he came forward and the young man replied, “ I heard the man! I know what I need to do. Show me how.” Within a few minutes this kid got in! Perhaps someone reading these words knows what you need to do– why not get saved now?

I close out the year in a few days in Alabama and then I am off for most of the month of December ( not too many folk have meetings this time of year), please pray with me for the coming months and the work the dear Lord has assigned me–REVIVAL!– my how we need it!!

Thankful to be His Child,

Tim Green
